Bruce is the visionary of the company. In 1995, after a successful 20 year career in marketing and business development, Bruce formed Vai Enterprises, Inc. and purchased a Minuteman Press International franchise. Minuteman Press – Nashville has grown to one of the top performing operations out of over 1,000 Minuteman Press facilities around the world. Bruce credits this growth with constant adjustments to market conditions and a total commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, Bruce has put together a team of professionals with the same vision of growth through innovation and service.
In 2003, it was clear that customers needed a very specialized marketing and collateral asset management services. Bruce went right to work to make it happen. Through heavy investment in both technology and key personnel, the backbone of Marcom Synergy was developed. The company continues to grow since its first customer launched in 2005.
John contributes product development and system stability to Marcom Synergy. Bringing over 20 years of experience in print production John is internationally trained, and subsequently an international trainer in offset lithography, digital production and quality management.
As a certified Collateral Management System Site Administrator, as well as a certified Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager, he brings the technological training and leadership necessary to build the enhanced digital solutions for the most complex supply environments.
Having spent much of his career in process control for companies such as Mattel, Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, he has the experience necessary to develop and manage intricate campaigns with the most complex distribution schematics.
As Director of Client Services, Rick's focus is finding the best technological solutions for your collateral supply. Trained in offset and digital production, Rick brings over 20 years of experience in Graphic Communications.
He has served as Production Manager as well as Customer Service Manager. During his tenure he has handled numerous high-profile projects and clients, including Dreamworks, YMCA, Universal Music Group, and Purity Dairies.

Jennifer Chichester leads all aspects of marketing strategy, integrated marketing campaigns and execution. An experienced marketing professional, Jennifer brings over 12 years of experience in marketing strategic planning, creative development, direct marketing, project management and national account management. Jennifer’s experience includes managing direct mail marketing for insurance products for clients including Bank of America, Bank of Hawaii, MBNA, and Sovereign Bank.
Additionally, Jennifer effectively managed cross-functional project teams to streamline operations, develop new creative concepts, and deliver new products. Prior to joining Marcom Synergy, Jennifer worked on the successful development and implementation of a streamlined solution which allowed customization for smaller clients while dramatically cutting costs and increasing marketing results.
Jennifer will continue to use her proactive, results-oriented approach to develop new marketing strategies, increase marketing effectiveness and ROI, and provide customized solutions for all clients.
